After a small kitchen fire caused by french fry oil on the 10th floor of the
luxurious
Le Bogart located at 200 Saint Jacques in Old Montreal, water damage caused by the buildings sprinkler system worked it's way from the 10th floor all the way down to the 4th floor. Our friend and part owner of Le Bogart, Mr. Hurb Feifer needed our help to bring it back to it's
luxurious
self. The majority of the damage was situated on the 6th and 10th floor. We also did whatever other repairs that were required in all 40 other apartments throughout the two buildings.
Electricity and Plumbing were done by outside sources that are regularly used by the properties management. Everything else, including relocating the tenants, was performed by us.
This project was huge, so I had to divide the different stages of of what we did into individual projects. Click on any photo at your right and see the before, during and after photo's of our progress. We also included a number of video's that will explain and demonstrate both technique and reason.
Our project is complete. We really enjoyed being here. The Luxury Rental's are Beautiful, the views are incredible, and the location is one of the best you can find in Montreal. If your interested in renting - call or email us |
