We offer dust free sanding in homes that are occupied or furnished. We use all the latest tools and techniques to keep our renovations virtually dust free. We start by protecting your home by papering and tarping all floors in and around our work area. Plastic film and sheets are used to cover all furniture that can not be removed. Plastic wall barriers are installed to separate our work area from the rest of your home.

The techniques we use include vac sanding, sponge sanding, and naturally the 3 phase drywall compound technique. Basically - we plaster tight and glaze on the 3rd pass. This leaves minimal to no sanding and allows us give you a proper finish, without the weeks of dust that normally follow after a general renovation.
