I see it all the time - some painters advertise incredibly low prices just to get the client to sign on the dotted line. What you should know is, most times if it sounds too good to be true - it's because it is.

3 1/2 for $250 - 4 1/2 for $350 - 5 1/2 for $450 etc ... It sounds Amazing! If it was true - I'd use them myself. What you don't know is - these prices are at best, based on a one coat paint job. Don't allow yourself to get caught with a bill that is 3X that price in the end.

Are the doors and windows included with this price? What about closets and baseboards? What if you would like multiple colors painted? The list can go on and on ....
