- Remove flooring and baseboards from the kitchen
- Bag and remove debris from home
- Prep floor for either tile or other alternatives

- Grout the kitchen floor using sanded grout
- Sponge extra grout - wipe and wipe again

( Allow at least 24/hrs for grout to dry - then seal with a grout sealer to prevent mold & mildew and to assist in maintaining the grout color ) |

- Replace Baseboards
- Silicone Floors - Caulk Baseboards
