Our Project - To repair a damaged ceiling and change the tiles in this really nice Outremont condo, owned by my buddy Peter Ryan.

All in all - this was a pretty standard bathroom project. Asides from the really small space we had to work in - everything went really well. We didn't even remove the washer and dryer the whole time. The tiles on the floor were not changed and the remaining walls were just repaired. The only real change we did to the room itself, was reverse the door so it opens on the outside instead of into this cozy bathroom.

We had fun with this project. Peter and his lovely wife are amazing people! The cat however ... well, he's not as friendly lol Thanks Peter :)
