BOUGIE PROJECTS
Project : Paint And Prepare A Friend's Condo For Fast Sale

There was a little pressure on me. My friends condo above still was not sold, but the person that did look at it before, was coming for another look - In 2 Days! The condo was in pretty good shape to begin with, asides from some nail holes from photos, and a few other bumps and bruises ... and a few of the door frames were chewed by her nasty little dog. All it needed was 2 coats of fresh paint and a good clean up. The ceilings are ceiling flat white, the walls are off white, and the trim is super white semi gloss. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring my crappy cam/phone with me to show you the before photos due to the big rush. Good News! Last reported - The condo was Sold! :)

Step By Step : Each Photo Explained.

01 Painting Protection
I didn't bring my cam with me the first day, so I won't be able to show the before photo's. There really wasn't much to do to this condo, asides from some patchwork and a few door frames that needed to be changed because of a nasty puppy. The ceilings are off white, the walls are a light beige, and the frames and baseboards are super white semi gloss.

02 Putting Away The Paint Gear
In this photo, we are now cleaning away our painting gear. The project looks Great :) At the same time, look at the layout of this place - Incredible.

03 The Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom - Wow! It's even got it's own balcony and this is in NDG.

04 The Kitchenette
It looks small in the photo, but this was a tough place to paint lol. It was big enough to cook in, but almost impossible to get a ladder in their properly. Cutting and painting the ceiling over the counters was an interesting accomplishment :P

05 The Laundry Room
I'm pretty sure you can imagine how tight it was to paint in here lol. And what do you know - More cabinets.

06 Sink Island
This sink island serves also as a counter that separates the kitchenette from the living room.

07 Spare Room
A smaller but cozy spare room with windows and more trim :P

08 Hallway
Here's the hallway. To the very left is the master bedroom and bathroom. To the right is a few closets, the kitchenette and the laundry room. We are currently standing in the living room.

09 Spare Room Windows
Here's another shot of the spare room to give you an idea of how clean we like to leave a home when we are done :)

10 Closets Everywhere
These closets are huge! There was at least 1 big one like this in each room, asides from the living room.

11 Bathroom
Here's the bathroom. We did the tiles awhile back. But look at this - it's very big.

12 Bathroom Mirror
The bathroom was so large, I needed these two shots just to give you an idea of it's size.

13 Front Door
Directly over that from door is the actual condo you've just seen in the pics above. Location NDG
