Taxes, permits and debris removal are also not included in this estimate. Exterior work requiring scaffolding is not included in this estimate. Foundation and other cement work is also not covered in this quote. Welding or other metal work is not included in this quote. All apartments should also be tested for toxins such as asbestos etc ... Landscaping, roofing, doors and windows are not covered in this quote. Relocation of tenants during renovations are not covered in this quote. Insect and Pest Extermination are not covered in this quote. All permits and proper licences will be obtained as required. There is no profit made on materials. Material costs are calculated by todays best prices found at local retailers such as Home Depot, Reno Depot, Ikea, and Rona Depot dated June 25/2009.
